Extract of Terms and conditions
• In order to confirm the reservation, you need to make a 50% down payment of the total amount of your stay.
• Payment in full must be made not later than (2) two weeks before the date of arrival.
• Upon your arrival, you must pay a deposit of 300 €, which will be refunded when checking out, after verifying that no damage of the property occurred.
• Down payments are not refunded under any circumstances.
• Payments must be made by bank transfer.
